My professional foundation was built in the global maritime industry. Spanning ISM (International Safety Management), agency operations, brokering, and ship ownership, this period instilled a deep expertise in macro-scale logistics, crisis management, and international supply chains. However, my focus ultimately shifted from heavy industry to ecological resilience, driven by a commitment to regenerative models.
Biological Systems & Inner Ecology
This transition began at Gülderman Farm, marking a deep dive into ethnobotany and biological systems. By facilitating cross-cultural plant medicine practices alongside shamans from Chile and Peru, and maintaining rigorous inner disciplines through Spanda Yoga (classical yoga) and Bhrigu Yoga (raja yoga), I developed a systemic understanding of how human well-being intersects with plant intelligence. It was a pivot from managing mechanical systems to optimizing biological ones.
Applied Agronomy & Heritage Cultivation
Recognizing industrial hemp as a cornerstone of ecological remediation, I approached its cultivation not merely as an enterprise, but as an applied science. To formalize this expertise, I completed my degree as an Agricultural Technician, further specializing through certified programs in Natural Farming and Hemp Cultivation. I immediately put this academic and technical foundation to the test in the field; before launching our own cultivation operations on rented lands in 2020, I spent three years conducting hands-on research alongside traditional hemp-farming families in Anatolia, mastering heritage cultivation techniques.
Regenerative Systems Design & The Future
Today, I combine my background in global operations with advanced agronomy to design regenerative ecosystems. From establishing carbon-negative supply chains and B2B hemp-based materials to integrating Web3 and ReFi (Regenerative Finance) frameworks, my work is dedicated to building scalable, tech-enabled agricultural systems that actively heal the environment.
